Matured entirely in sherry seasoned oak casks and 100% natural colour, The Soleo Collection is inspired by the origins of whisky making and celebrates sherry seasoning. It takes its name from the traditional soleo sun-drying process which dries the grapes which enable the creation of the finest sherry. The perfect way to begin the journey; a light and subtle experience. Finalist with a score of 95 for Great Value category, part of Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2018.
